👋🏼 Hi there, I'm Jisoo.
A mixed methods UX researcher with a background in architecture, exploring how thoughtful design can enrich everyday experiences in the ways we live, work, & connect.
📍 Based in Austin, TX
🎓 MS in Information Studies at UT Austin
✔️ Open for full-time roles

From user research to design strategy..
5+ years of my professional work have focused on shaping physical and digital environments that influence how people think, feel, and act.
I’ve learned that meaningful design rarely rests on aesthetics alone. It begins with better questions, careful logic, and evidence of how things actually work.
In UX, I approach design challenges with curiosity and analytical thinking, paying close attention to how products can be designed with greater care for the people they serve.
Yes, Chef!
